* Use proven marketing templates. You want to be able to drop your offices contact information in and release it. Since marketing has a life span, you’ll also need to have fresh templates each month so your prospective clients are always seeing new marketing.
* Create an “inner circle” of resources for speed. Create a “Million Dollar Rolodex”. Don’t do any of the fulfillment yourself. Your “inner circle” of vendors should be trained on your system and can get things done fast, and more important, get it done right. Again, this is another “key strategy” from the most successful, highest earning performers. The best part is, none of your support staff has to work for you.
They are printers, graphic designers, mailing houses, list brokers, etc… All of whom can be “farmed out”, trained and ready to implement with very minimal work from you every month.
The best part is: you can totally delegate the marketing out to one of your staff members. And, they don’t need to know a thing about marketing to implement everything fast. There is no big learning curve like most other marketing systems have, so you can implement everything, fast.
